2.1 Terra Gaia uses the hosting host Greenhost, the WordPress plugin for the interface and to obtain the catalog and the reservation system for Nature and Environmental Education.
2.2 Terra Gaia processes your personal data because you use our services and only if you provide this data to us yourself.
2.3 Terra Gaia can, for example, book an appointment or contact you on the basis of the information provided by you via the contact and booking form to make further arrangements about teaching materials, a teaching day or to provide you with information about new teaching programs.

3.1 Terra Gaia processes your personal data for the following purposes:
a) Handling your payment, such as sending invoices and information material.
b) To deliver goods and services to you, such as the booked lesson programs.
c) Terra Gaia also processes personal data if we are legally obliged to do so, such as data that we need for our tax return.
3.2 Terra Gaia does not take decisions on the basis of automated processing regarding matters that may have (significant) consequences for persons. These are decisions that are made by computer programs or systems, without a human being (such as an employee of Terra Gaia) among them.

We use the following retention periods for the following (categories) of personal data: personal data for correspondence [maximum 6 months], personal data for handling your payments and delivering goods or services [maximum 7 years].

b) Name, position, business e-mail address and business telephone number of teachers and officials of the school or institution or company
c) First and last name of the teacher or mandate of the company
d) In exceptional cases, names of participants

5.1 You have the right to use Terra Gaia, via the information in Article 1.1. mentioned contact details, make certain requests with regard to your personal details. You have the following options:
a) You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data. When you do this, Terra Gaia can no longer achieve the objectives stated in Article 3.
b) You have the right to correct, supplement and delete your personal data.

6.1 Terra Gaia can change this privacy statement. Users will be notified of these changes prior to substantive changes, and will be asked again if necessary for their permission.
